All Massages are Therapeutic Full body massage with adjustable pressure Light to Deep Tissue to meet your specific needs. Therapeutic massage will address your problem areas using different massage techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Crossfiber, Pin & Stretch & Sport Stretching to release muscle tension. You choose the amount of time that best suits your schedule & meets your needs.
30 Minute- $55 will focus on 1 or 2 targeted areas of the body
60 Minute- $95

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage - $100
A systemic, rhythmic full body method purposefully stretching the Lymph vessels & manually dumping lymph nodes of lymphatic fluid. This technique can increase flow of the lymph fluid throughout the body. It can be helpful pre/post surgery to reduce swelling & bruising. Also, for anyone with edema, inflammation, lymphedema, trauma or removal of lymp nodes. **Note this is not a medical treatment for cancer & there are some contraindications when MLD should not be used. Check with your doctor if you have any medical questions or concerns.
Cupping Massage
Cupping is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated; a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. The produced vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood and lymphatic circulation systemically and to the local area, relaxes muscle tissue and support, draws stagnation, pathogenic factors and toxins out of the body and releases a myriad of pain causing factors. The pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system as well.

Sleep deprived with back pain is usually the case with pregnancy. Coming in bi-weeky for massage during pregnancy can greatly reduce the effects of pregnancy on a woman's body. Closer to the due date massage can also help to open the up the hips and prepare the body for birth.

This ancient therapy focuses on healing the body by stimulating Reflex Points found in the Feet, Hands & Ears. The Reflex Points map to other areas of the Body, Organs & Glands. Reflexology can help improve Blood circulation, Reduce Stress, Boost Metabolism & Energy level. It can also help to relieve Back/Neck Pain, Shoulder Tension & Headaches.

Reiki addresses energy imbalances within the body. Experience the peaceful, deep relaxing results of Reiki to restore your body's energy systems & Chakras back into balance.
The ultimate 90 Minute Reiki session addresses 16 energy locations within the body as well as Seven Chakras. This powerful & cleansing experience can clear energy imbalances that are felt within the body. You will leave with a sense of peace & ultimate relaxation.
Reiki can also be incorporated into a Full Body Massage as well.
